The following verse-by-verse comparison shows that the 1865 Cipriano de Valera is the superior Spanish Bible and that the 1909 and 1960 Reina-Valera Spanish bibles are not to be trusted. This comparison demonstrates that the 1909 and 1960 Spanish versions are akin to the Wescott and Hort (Catholic) line of manuscripts.

This is not an exhaustive study of the New Testament, but is enough for the honest bible student to see that the 1909 R-V, the 1960 RV, and the NIV come from the same Greek text (Wescott & Hort). This comparison also shows that the KJV and the 1865 Spanish come from the same Greek text (the Received Text).
